Try "The Art of Public Speaking" by Stephen Lucas. It's published by McGraw-Hill. It's not
addressed to technical writers, but to speakers in general. And guess what, despite being an
academic textbook it is clear, concise and generally well written. A textbook may not be what
you have in mind as a door prize, but it is excellent.
