Commission?s site.
I think the URL is http://www.sec.gov, search for SEC if that doesn?t
get you anywhere.

They have recently posted two interesting documents about using plain
language in company disclosure documents. However, they may still
interest you even if you are not a legal/corporate communicator.

1 One document is a draft plain english handbook.

2 The other document refers to introducing plain language in company
prospectuses.

I?d be interested to hear your comments about these documents.
