I'm assuming this attachment is a Word file, which is useless to those
of us using Suns or other non-PC/Mac platforms. I don't believe the
posting guidelines discuss file attachments or preferred formats, but I
would suggest they be amended to state that attachments should

1) be avoided unless absolutely necessary, and
2) if absolutely necessary, be ASCII whenever possible (which is almost
always the case, unless they are graphics files).

I'm not trying to flame anyone; just making a suggestion.
