- Desktop publishing/formatting
- On-line help building, formatting, and troubleshooting
- Provide assistance to technical writers to produce and deliver quality
on-line
and printed documentation
- Produce printable documentation


EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Word essential
- Knowledge of ROBOHelp a plus
