I'm not so sure that Mircrosoft is ever "right",Amy, but it isn't that
Microsoft is right this time, but rather that if your dealing with
someone who doesn't know, you would be better teaching him/her the
name that everyone else uses. Or, later this person will have to learn
the name we all use in addition to the name you gave the operation.
