Yvonne,

For the estimated price list, do you mean the going rate that
writers/editors are charging for their services - that kind of thing? If
so, Try the National Writers Union. I think they are headquartered in
NYC. If not, they at least have a chapter there. I think they sell such a
listing. At least they used to.
