As part of our product suite, I sometimes document OCX and OLE functionality. I do NOT program. I assume
(and state so clearly in the manual) that the programmers know how to program, and how OCXs work. I have
learned enough Visual Basic to get the information about the product. Our engineers help me when I am
not clear on something. I give the programmers the knowledge of each function, method, property, etc.,
and this lets them, the users, user the product.
As Barb Philbrick <burkbrick -at- AOL -dot- COM> says:

PS. I *am* learning C++ on my own time, and doing these docs was part of my decision.
