Merry Christmas:

I am working for a client who is developing a help desk. It's a huge
project; they are going to support over 10,000 users. I would like to
hear from writers who have worked on help desk projects. I need to make
sure I'm not missing something.

I am currently writing procedures, standards, and some service level
agreements. In the future I'm going to write a style guide for their
knowledge base. Basically, I'm catching all documentation. What else can
I, or should I expect?

Please reply to me directly. If there is interest in this topic, I'll
post a summary.

Thanks,

Keith Anderson
