Depends. What platform are you on? If you're on Windows, then no, it
doesn't. Oh, you could buy the FDK, but it's expensive, hard to learn, and
hard to use. It's like real programming.
The Mac is a little better, because you can script. UNIX usually has
built-in C, which I suppose you could call a macro language. But otherwise,
no. It's one of Frame's drawbacks.
