JP> This is for Medical Wrtiting;
have you worked in this field before? Do you have an idea how much you can
write at such topics (pages per day)?

Terrible base to start with.
JP> I need this contract
You cannot do any more than give him some price for a page. Think of what you
are worth. If you do not know exactly what you are doing, estimate no more
than three pages a day WITHOUT ANY thought of working for more than 8 hours a
day.
If appropriate: Include one visit at the customer for every 50 pages or so and
offer a price for additional visits (per hour if the customer is near you, or
per day if you need to travel).
