Ah, this explains why my result from Kinko's is always completely
random. Sometimes it'll be a good job, other times it will completely suck.
Sometimes they say they can do something, other times not.
Perhaps if I sent a holiday card to a particular employee I'd have a
better chance of consistency.... <g>
