Boy, things _must_ be different over the ocean. In this hemisphere, 08
is August and July would be 07.

I don't think there should be a different manual for Americans vs.
British, just keep in mind that reading one or the other can be awful
damned annoying. If alleviating that annoyance is worth putting out a whole
other manual, then go for it. Otherwise, just know that some customers will
be gritting their teeth while they read it--but won't not read it just
because "favor" is spelled "favour." (or that punctuation and quotes are
all wrong...<giggle>)
