The engineers at my company also use SS, but have expressed some
difficulties with use and application. I have *abstained* from integrating
my docs into the SS databases.
A team of us have *volunteered* to research other tools to replace SS,
mainly to support software version control... but Sella Rush's post leads me
to ask my fellow techwrls -- are you aware of any version contol software
that could effectively manage both software and docs? Any leads on *just*
software?
Please respond *off-line* about software-specific solutions... I'll distill
and post responses to doc-only or *universal* solutions.
Thanks!
