Frame (4 & 5) on all platforms inludes document compare
(File>Utilities>Compare Documents). If each reviewer annotates a separate
electronic copy, the review manager can compare each copy against the
original, or compare each review in succession against the comparison
document to accumulate all comments in a single document. Differences --
the reviewers' comments -- are represented as conditional text marked
with "interted" conditional tag.
However, to identify each reviewer, reviewers must be taught to create
(or be provided with) an identifying condition tag, and be taught how to
apply it.
Another poster mentioned conditional text; document compare helps
integrate the independent review copies into one.
