For Thomas and anyone else interested in PCOC:

We have not yet announced our preliminary program. However we are close
to being able to do so. We had an unusually high number of high-quality
proposals, and are pleased that we will be able to offer what we
consider to be a great program. But you can judge for yourself.

I will post the preliminary program here, when it is available. Mailings
will also be completed to the same STC regions that received the call
for papers. If you are not an STC member, or think you may be outside
the mailing range, and wish to receive the preliminary program via mail,
please contact me off the list. I'll be sure you receive one.

Would someone please post an address or phone number for registration
information for the PCOC in Tennessee?  I remember seeing a call for
presentations earlier in the year, but have they announced an agenda?
