This is good general advice. At one conglomerate I worked for we had an
inquisition into awarding contracts because of an impropriety in another
part of the firm. I was able to show that, in a superficially doubtful case,
I had taken three quotes and given the contract to the cheapest.

The limit is the large pile of paper that goes around with you. Home workers
may have to choose between a document room and a baby's bedroom.
