Check out LViewPro. It's a 32-bit shareware program by MMedia Research -
available
at ftp.std.com.ftp.vendors/mmedia or search the web for LView. No, I have
no
connection with them. It's a great program, though. Very flexible, lots of
power, and does a nice job. It has many of the functions of Paintshop Pro, but
some nice filters and extras, and isn't very expensive - $30, if I remember
correctly. Of course, YMMV.
