I'm not using NT, but there is a 32 bit Win95/NT version of PSP. I wouldn't be
suprised if the 16 bit Windows 3.1 version didn't work on NT. You can get the
32 bit version at ftp.jasc.com/pub/psp32bit.zip, or any decent shareware
website. For anyone who hasn't used it, it's hands-down the best shareware
graphics manipulation program around.
