There is a third tool called For-Help.
If you have Windows '95, the new 32-bit RoboHelp is wonderful! It can create
both file types, provided you select the 3.1 option. Improvements over the
old 16-bit version are really nice . . .
Personally, I prefer RoboHelp over Doc-to-Help for creating Help files.
However, Doc-to-Help does a nice job in managing large Word documents . . .
