I couldn't agree more. The budget problem manifests itself in that I am the
only user manual writer. And though I have become involved with user interface
(simply to make my job easier), that involvement is not recognized or
encouraged by management. My ability to help shape the interface is based
solely on my relationships with each of the individual programmers. I have more
success with some than others...
