We use Corel 6.0 to generate vector graphics. When I export them to a bitmap
format, I always export them as 150 or 300 dpi 24 bit colour TIFF files.
Then I use Photopaint to convert them to the right size and colour depth.

The only thing I'd change is that I'd love to get a copy of Photoshop here
instead of the Corel bitmap editor. But Draw does us just fine. If you hate
it that much you could look at Illustrator or Freehand (whichever is on PCs
nowadays).

ciao.
