I am interested in researching the arguments for, and against the use of
passive voice in scientific communication, particularly in the research
article. I have started with an article in Paul V. Anderson, et al. _New
Essays_. I will welcome other bibliographical references dealing with
this topic both in research literature and in textbooks. Please send your
