We did a survey about a year ago, and our user base (service engineers
with notebook computers) prefer electronic manuals. We don't write much
Windows help stuff; we generate standalone electronic service manuals. We
are also now doing a small quick reference paper manual and videotape at
product introduction (no small feat).
