and enter the "Information Alley" archive; the articles are in Vol2
nos. 2&3. More about the dogcow than anyone could want or deserve to
know.

I knew it was in Info Alley! Good job, Matt. I couldn't find it quickly
enough when I looked there, so I had to settle for going back to develop,
issues 17&18.

(BTW, I actually have a copy -- at home -- of Tech Note #31, which is
mentioned in those articles. From my life as developer.)
