Ken et al.,

I just got off the phone with the local Adobe Acrobat salesperson, who said
it "should work." What you will want to try is putting the TOC file in the
chapter (source) file. He said that it is best to have all info within the
same file, so the links are very clean. Otherwise, open the files in Acrobat
Exchange and set up the links to the various files. In fact, he said that
you should verify the links in Exchange after converting the files to PDF,
just to make sure and to make a clean link.
