product environment or a computer related field. A thorough
knowledge of computer applications, word processing,
desk-top publishing, and related applications is essential.
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, English,
Education, or related field or equivalent experience is
expected.
Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of user guide
documentation for all PaperWise products including
gathering, preparing, writing, documenting, and formatting
the user guides. Ensure guide material will come from
technical documentation, interaction with software
developers, hands-on experience with the product,
customer support and end users.
