Subject:Pat's sort-of rebuttal on the AOL user question From:Patrick O'Connell <titanide -at- MICRO -dot- ORG> Date:Tue, 12 Sep 1995 06:08:23 -0400
I'm only too happy to point the finger not at AOL (or Netcom or WHOEVER)
users but rather at the giant online services who are giving their people
Internet access without little or no prior training -- or a user's
guide! When we're talking about the Net, after all, we're talking about a
tool, aren't we?
Notwithstanding, apologies to anyone who was offended by my slightly
off-topic diatribe about AOL Internet users.

P.S. Anyone asked *Eric* whether he agreed with me, at least in principle?
