I'll chip in my $5 to build a healthy retainer for someone to fight this
case. If we had all one thousand-plus list members at $5 a crack, we'd have
$5000 to get rid of Jeff Slaton's hourly sales pitches AND set a precedent
to deter others. Anyone else willing to chip in? Anyone in New Mexico know a
New Mexico lawyer who'd be willing to take this on? It could be a fairly
high-profile case if it was successful....
