Hmmm... So much for my effective communication. {rueful grimace}

My comment about using PowerPoint was intended as an aside.

I need help is in developing the content, not in using the
tool. I'm looking for "Technical Marketing 101" or its equivalent.

Thanks for the info on the design book. I'll see if I can find it.
