I'm not a graphics person, so take this with many large grains of salt,
but...
CGM, or Computer Graphics Metafile, is one of the myriad of export filetypes
that graphics can be in. I dont know any advantages or disadvantages of CGM
except that I think I remember hearing that blocks of text cannot be edited
or changed, unless you replace the entire block with a new block <a bit of a
pain if you want to change only 1 word>. I think maybe Corel, Lotus
Freelance, and MicroGrafix Designer have CGM support.
