I will be creating some help screens for Windows for a new product. Has
anyone coded this themselves? Do I need to buy a toolkit for Windows or is
it included with the regular installation? If I do buy software, what do
you recommend? This is a one-time deal, so I don't want to make a huge
investment in software I will use for one project only.
