James Perkins asked how to left-justify the left half of a sentence
and right-justify the right half. The following works in any
wordprocessor or desktop publisher (not just Word):
Set a right-aligned tab at the same position as the right margin, then
start typing. When you get to the point where you want to shoot the
text to the right, hit the tab key until the text flows to the right
margin. Voila! (If you're going to be doing lots of this, create a
style that has only two tabs: one at the left margin, and one at the
right. This will let you hit the tab key only once.)
