I regularly get EPS graphics from from graphic designers that were done on a
Mac, and put them in publications on teh PC. The only caveat is that you
have to have a postscript printer to print them, and they look shitty on the
screen.
Just make sure the Mac people put them on a PC-format floppy disk (all
modern macs have no problem with this). However, if they are larger than a
floppy, i have no solution to transporting them except transferring them
over your network (or the internet) if you have one.
