In the May 29 issue of PC Week there is an article about Acrobat 2.1 called
Adobe Acrobat to put on New Muscle (page 12). It is supposed to be out in July
and to be NT and Windows 95 compatible. It will include Adobe's MoviePlayer
plug-in. Sometime later in the year they are supposed to come out with a new
presentation plug-in that will let Acrobat users drag and drop presentation
slides, insert special effects, temporarily cross out slides within a
presentation, rotate slides, and integrate and edit downloads and images. The
additions to their product line are intended to complement Acrobat Player which
was announced last week. Its an embeddable version of the publishing engine
that allows users to view PDF files on devices other than PCs.

If any of you have Acrobat Player, would you please tell us what you think
about it? Same for the new version of Acrobat when it comes out. TIA!
