I agree, Rebecca, and made a similar suggestion in an earlier post. Two possible
drawbacks just occurred to me, though:

. I don't like graphics software and am not particularly good at using it. So
it always takes me more time than it's worth to doctor up the screens. But
that's my problem, not everyone's.

. Your reader might think the shading or different tones are actually
attributes of the screen. But maybe we should give them some credit for grey
matter between the ears. :)
