I haven't been paying very close attention to this thread, so someone may
already have mentioned this, but what do you do if the file names are case-
dependent (as in Unix)? I would change the font to one that approximates
what you would see on screen, or bold it, but I wouldn't capitalize the
file name unless that's the way it actually has to appear.
