documentation development project through its various phases. =20

Phoebe Packer, Director of Product Information and Education at Motorola,=20
Stuart Burnett, Instructional Designer and Writer at Learning-Edge, Inc.,=20
and Barbara Beard, an award-winning technical communicator. Barbara is=20
regarded as one of the Valley's best known publication/documentation=20
managers. Scott Verschoor of TRG, Inc., will also be part of the panel and=

will describe an industry model with which he is familiar.
