Gwen, the court house is paved with the bodies of those who had very good
intentions, but did not have very good business and or legal sense. Many
hiring managers are not aware that they can not ask some questions during
interviews. These managers are often ignorant of the facts. They are not
aware that they can end up cost their employer $$$ in law suits. Gwen, if
you want to cut legal corners, go right a head and make a possible future
law suit. Some times it also means the loss of their job.
