The unsubscribe command needs to come from the same email id as the subscribe
message did. This should work.
1. If you have already deleted her/his account from your system, PUT IT
BACK.
2. Log on to your system using the dearly departed's userid and password.
3. Send the normal unsubscribe message (as described in the welcome
message).
4. NOW delete the account.
