I say Click on OK (with OK in bold, no quotes). In fact, I put anything the
user must click on in bold. I find quotes confuse the reader, and I avoid
them unless I am truly quoting someone.

In general I avoid using the word button for the most common ones such as OK,
Cancel, and Help (e.g., click on OK, click on Help, etc.), but if the button
is unique to the program, I refer to the button and the where the user can
find it (e.g., click on the Generate button at the bottom of the dialog
box.).
