I'd be very interested to know how you've gone about single-sourcing your
manual. I'm faced with the same task. I've started to think about using
conditional text (with FrameMaker) to extract material for an online help
system.

Do you distribute the manuals on CD-ROM? If so, what viewer/reader did you
select, and why?

Any information you could share would be a great help!
