Mishmash is unkind, I think. It was designed to combine features of
several European languages.

As for native speakers, those who are brought up speaking it, of
course! Rabid esperantists speak it at home, and they breed!

No, but it *has* spread all over the world. And Esperantists tell
stories about being stuck in a foreign country and only being saved by
Esperanto.
