Hi all:

I need help distinguishing between two editions of William Horton's book about
online documentation.

My book store only has the following information:

1. Designing and Writing Online Documentation: Hypermedia for... (1993)
2. Designing and Writing Online Documentation: Help Files to ... (1988)

Is #1 a more up-to-date version of #2, or is it some supplementary material,
possibly in another medium? The clerk at the book store thought the latter was
probably the case, as it's about 7 dollars cheaper (they are both listed as
"paperback", however.)

Can anyone help me out? Or better yet, does anyone know how I can order it
directly from Wyley, and save some money? (And get a catalogue of related
publications.)

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Gwen (ggall -at- ca -dot- oracle -dot- com)
