Shelly, I am new in the world of TSCOM but not to the real work world. I
have found that if you can describe and qualify your "work experience",
most employers will give it some consideration. If you were writing a
resume you would list any academic positions held that required you to use
your knowledge of TSCOM. Be positive you probably have a portfolio of some
type too.
