Matt, I TOTALLY agree with you! I just got back from Bill Horton's Designing &
Writing Online Documentation seminar, and even HE says online is NOT a complete
replacement for paper! The paperless office is a myth!
Dang! I *really* wanted some Rice-A-Roni(TM) and a year's supply of rug shampoo,
