Dorothy Champlin stated that she may soon lose access to Internet
news groups and lists, and she wants information that will
convince the powers that be of the benefits of access.
Her situation is similar to the one I posted in August 1993. The
thread was titled "Justifying Internet Access." Because most of
the responses came directly to me, they will not be found in
the archives. Does anyone have any problem with me passing my
posts on to Dorothy? The helpful replies that I have on file
came from these persons:
Ann Balaban
Laura Praderio
Ken d'Albenas
Faith Weber
Chuck Banks
Murrie Burgan
Susan Sellew
Michael Priestley
I just reread these messages, and they contain no words that
(IMHO) reflect poorly on the senders' companies.
