Yes. Although I haven't encountered this with the Word-to-Frame
file conversions (that's a whole other story), I have seen Frame
display a grey box in place of a prefectly OK graphic. The
solution that worked for me was to increase the amount of swap
memory, which decreases the burden on RAM. (Even with 32 Mb RAM,
some larger files with graphics can strain the system.)
