There's a handy guide for citing electronic information: "Electronic
Style" by Xia Li and Nancy B. Crane, Meckler Publishing, 11 Ferry Lane
West, Westport, CT 06880. Tel: (203)226-6967; FAX: (203)454-5840. Cost of
the book is $15.

If you can give a specific instance of what you want to cite, I can look
it up for you. The book covers many kinds of databases, electronic
conferences, bulletin boards, e-mail, computer programs, etc.
