Subject:Service mark conversation wanted From:David A Lowe <29215 -at- EF -dot- GC -dot- MARICOPA -dot- EDU> Date:Tue, 26 Jul 1994 20:19:32 -0700
A while back I asked a question about service marks and documentation. I
received some very good private responses, but I seemed to have lost them!
I would really like to privately discuss this situation again as our
department which files the applications seems like they are full of it!
Please email me privately if you think you can help me out. I am going to
call the Patent Office on Thursday, but I would like discuss this topic
with other tech writers who have filed service mark or trademark applications.
Hope to hear from a few of you soon!
