We print a 6" X 10" image centered on either 8.5"X11" paper or A4
paper. Our U.S. print shop prints both sizes. Affiliates in countries
that use A4 (most of those outside U.S.) print on A4 from electronic
files provided by us.
This isn't much of an issue any more. We are rapidly going all
electronic.
